The French TS phrasing has real measured demand — clearly ahead of the trans variant — and there is a distinctive long-tail pattern in French search where people look for lists of creators rather than individuals. Paris dominates, with Marseille and Lyon behind it. This is also the country page with the heaviest overlap into the arab category: a substantial share of the visible North African trans creators on this site are based in France rather than in the region itself, for reasons that are not hard to work out.
